Growing innovation.
Feeding the future.

Pinnacle AgriVentures Global Enterprises Limited builds integrated agribusiness ecosystems — where livestock production, feed manufacturing, processing, cold chain and clean energy work as one connected system rather than separate businesses.

Who we are

A Ghanaian agribusiness development company

PAGEL designs, builds and operates modern agricultural facilities in Ghana. We work at the points where value is usually lost — between the farm and the processor, the processor and the cold store, the cold store and the market — and bring those stages under one roof.

Integrated by design

Our facilities are planned as a single system. Feed supplies the livestock units, livestock supply the processing plant, waste becomes energy and fertiliser, and on-site energy powers the whole operation.

Built for the long term

We develop infrastructure to international operating standards, with biosecurity, traceability and food safety built in from the start rather than added later.

Rooted in Ghana

Based in Kumasi and led by a Ghanaian team, we build capacity alongside capacity — creating skilled jobs, training places and local supply relationships wherever we operate.

What we do

Every output is the next stage's input

Most agricultural value in West Africa leaks out between stages — livestock sold live, produce lost for want of cold storage, feed bought at a premium from third parties. We close the loop, so the value stays inside the system.

Livestock production

Climate-controlled housing for poultry, pigs, cattle, goats, sheep and rabbits, managed to modern biosecurity and welfare standards.

Feed manufacturing

On-site feed milling and formulation, giving us control over the single largest cost in livestock production — and consistent quality.

Meat processing & value addition

Slaughtering, cutting, portioning and packaging lines, plus prepared and ready-to-cook products for retail and hospitality buyers.

Cold chain & logistics

Chilled, frozen and blast-freezing capacity with a refrigerated fleet — addressing one of Ghana's most persistent infrastructure gaps.

Renewable energy

Solar generation and biogas from livestock waste, sized to power operations and turn a disposal cost into an asset.

Research & training

Laboratories, demonstration facilities and structured placements that put students, extension officers and farmers inside a working commercial operation.

Our project

An integrated agribusiness complex in Kumasi

Our first development brings the full system onto a single site: production, feed, processing, cold storage, logistics, energy and research, planned together from day one.

The complex is being developed in partnership with a leading Ghanaian university, combining commercial operations with teaching and applied research — so the facility trains the people the sector needs while it produces food for the market.

It is designed to be replicable. What works in Kumasi is intended to be built again, in other regions of Ghana and across West Africa.

  • LocationKumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana
  • Site40 hectares (99 acres)
  • ModelPublic–private partnership
  • StatusIn development
  • Production — poultry, pigs, cattle, small ruminants, rabbits
  • Feed mill — formulation and milling for all units
  • Processing — meat processing, value addition and packaging
  • Cold chain — cold storage, freezing and refrigerated transport
  • Energy — solar generation and biogas from farm waste
  • Knowledge — laboratories, veterinary facility and training centre
  • Visitors — agro-tourism and demonstration facilities
Sustainability

A closed loop, by design

Sustainability is not a separate programme for us. It is what makes an integrated site work: the waste from one unit is the input for another, and the energy is generated where it is used.

Solar generation

On-site photovoltaic capacity supplying the majority of daytime electricity demand.

Biogas from waste

Anaerobic digestion turns manure into energy, and the residue into organic fertiliser.

Water recovery

Treatment and reuse of wash-down water, plus rainwater harvesting for irrigation.

Nothing wasted

By-products are recovered into secondary products rather than sent to landfill.
